Digital displays can be found on campus in the residence hall lobbies, The Den, The Hub, Davis Field House, Dixon-McKenzie Dining Common and Gustafson Fine Arts Center. If you would like to make an announcement but need help with the design, fill out a Marketing Communications request form. The form below is for submitting content that has already been created and will adhere to the following policies.

Digital signage policies:

  1. Priority will be given to content that applies to the majority of the BJU family.
  2. Content should be submitted seven days in advance.
  3. Content is subject to editing and final approval.
  4. Content should be in landscape (widescreen) orientation and sized 1920×1080. JPG and PSD formats are preferred. Posters in portrait orientation will not be accepted. See guidelines for additional information, including how to make slides using Power Point.
  5. Videos may be submitted. Mp4 format is preferred.
